Three property and housing management professionals reviewing training together on a laptop
    Our mission

Training that finally fits your day.your day.

Claws Academy exists for one reason: property and housing management professionals deserve learning that is accessible, affordable and genuinely easy to digest - designed around a fast-paced world where the phone never stops and the rules keep changing.

Three commitments we refuse to compromise on.

Every decision we make about a course, a price or a feature gets held against these. If it fails one of them, it does not ship.

    Accessible

No gatekeeping, no jargon walls, no assumption that you already know the legislation. Every course starts where a real person starts and builds from there, on any device, whenever the day allows.

    Affordable

Good training should not be a budget line people argue over. One flat price per user per month, one free course for everyone every month, and no per-seat surprises when a new starter joins.

    Easy to digest

Short topics with a clear point, interactive checks that make knowledge stick, and progress that saves the second you step away. Learning that fits between a repairs escalation and a resident meeting.

We built the thing we always wished existed.

Built by people who have done the job

Claws Academy was developed by people who have managed property management businesses and social housing providers, and who have delivered countless in-person and online training sessions to teams just like yours. We have chaired the difficult resident meetings, absorbed the regulatory changes at short notice, and dealt with the consequences of poorly trained staff.

Because the old way did not fit

Property and housing management does not pause for a study day. Diaries are full, priorities change hourly, and a full-day course means a full day of work waiting when you get back. So we built the Academy around the reality of the job: bite-size, on demand, and picked up again exactly where it was left.

    Content that actually matters

Leasehold reform, building safety, service charges, anti-money laundering, complaints, consumer standards, lettings compliance. We only build a course when it benefits how someone does their job or protects the business they work for. If a topic is noise, it does not make the library.

Good for the business. Good for the person.

Too much training serves only one side. Compliance boxes get ticked and nobody is any better at the job, or a course is fascinating and changes nothing on Monday morning. We build for both at once: content that demonstrably reduces risk, evidences competence and satisfies the regulator, delivered in a way that leaves people more confident, more capable and more likely to stay.

A team leader sees exactly who is progressing and who needs a nudge. A learner gets ten useful minutes between meetings, an assistant to ask when something does not click, and a certificate that proves they did the work. Everybody wins, which is the only version of training worth paying for.

"We have all sat through the day-long course that could have been forty minutes. That is the problem we set out to solve."
